mkrieg Unfortunately, I grab a handful of cereal or just a drink of iced tea. I have trouble sleeping all the time so that is a BIG issue for me. I take melatonin every night before bed. It is something your body makes naturally. I know, the iced tea doesn't help...

Should children be allowed carrying cellphones in schools???
