sharra1 I agree that she should be reported. This is extremely cruel and I regard it as torture. I have talked to people who are experts in training dogs and they say that you can only train in kindness and only with what is natural for the dog.

djoyce71 Snubbing someone is an act of arrogance. I hope he did not mean snubbing GMA. If US and the Philippines are allies, then why would Obama snub GMA? Or maybe, he wants to stop the alliance. We really don't know yet.
