Who goes to bed first... you or your spouse?

My husband falls asleep within seconds of hitting the bed. He goes to bed like clockwork at 10 pm. I, on the other hand have always been a night owl and stay awake til well after 2 am, sometime later than that. I feel so guilty...

mnor49 You should go to bed together and do whatever is necesssary. Your habit of going to bed late is not to your advantage in the long run. Change this habit. It definitely not fair to both of you. This will eventually lead to estrangement...its ok if you are...
