mofelorn If somethings bothering in your mind then it's really hard to sleep. You have to deal with it carefully. You need to relax your mind. Just listen a soothing music, exercise before going to bed. If it doesn't help find a psycologist to help you.

mofelorn If your bf doesn't love you anymore then you have to let him go. What will happen to your relationship if you still be with him but he doesn't love you anymore. It's useless. So it's better to set him free.

mofelorn I'm not an alcoholic person. I don't even smoke. I think it's up to us to decide whether we want to stop smoking or drinking alcohol. Even if somebody will force you to stop but you really don't, nothing will happen. It's really up to us. Determenation is...

mofelorn Yes we have the same feeling. I don't like to be disturbed if I'm working at my computer. That's why I will tell my sister not to disturb me when I'm in my room.
