Nanny Laws - Should smoking in cars be against the law?

Do you believe the law should dictate whether or not you can smoke in the car while your children are with you? Why? Why Not?

MomGadget As a former smoker of two boys with asthma - I can relate to both sides. The reason I quit was the coughs coming from across the hall in the middle of the night that kept my little one's from sleeping. I knew in my heart I was not doing what was best for them...
