do horses sit to rest????

well i have heard that horses sit only when they are not welll..the rest of the time they keep standing...according to u is it true????they really dont sit at all in a day?????

TexMom27 I agree wiht Joey. I have rode horses practically all my life and never worn a helmet. I've been kicked, bit, and thrown, and I've fallen off a few times. It really depends on whether or not you want to deal with the annoyance of one.

It has been SO cold here in Michigan. I have debated and debated on if I should blanket my horses. As of now I have not, and all my babies have done pretty good. What is your opinion.

Anyone who has had radioactive iodine ablation done on their thyroid?

I had my ablation done in October of last year. So far, I have gained weight, about 12 pounds, my heartrate is down, the tremors are gone, and it seems like all the hyperthyroid symptoms are leaving. Is there anyone else out there...

thyroid therapy

jillbeth My younger daughter had this therapy a few years ago and she has done very well and put on weight. Before she was diagnosed, she appeared to be speeding all the time, talking too fast and very jittery. She has calmed down quite a bit.
