What do you do when you have much stress ?

when i have much stress ,i can do nothing ,i even can't sleep . what abput you ,do you have some advise on me ?

moncabauatan when i cannot sleep i sometimes makes poems with very deep meanings or with old langauages, thinking of words with deep meanings that rhymes helps the mind get away from the world of reality
