Do Aerobics work?

I added a lot of weight that i'm trying to get rid of, It's been a month of doing aerobics and i don't see any changes. Does it work?

zubeda yakub My clothes are still tight, haven't lost any kilos. I started eating vegetables but no results yet....even one inch

zubeda yakub I'm definitely going to start. This is really helpful. It is so tedious and i'm not seeing any results.
