moonbeam7987 First, you need to eat sensible meals. Stay off the sugars and fat. Watch your calorie intake and drinks lots of water. Exercise is a must too. you cant lose weight just by watching what you are eating.+

I hate the summer! it too dang hot!! lol, My favorite season has to be winter. i rather be cold than hot because at least if u are cold u could put so much on you to stay warm than summer. You only could take so much off! LOL
