how to show affection to your parents

I live in a patriarchal family where men like me are not supposed to be emotional on things. How do you think I can express my afection to my parents?

meatiitr personally i feel that you don't need to showcast your affection to ur parents. If u love them,respect them then they would automatically know and that is all they want from their offsprings. Try spending time with them,for that is what matter to them most
