how to show affection to your parents

personally i feel that you don't need to showcast your affection to ur parents. If u love them,respect them then they would automatically know and that is all they want from their offsprings. Try spending time with them,for that is what matter to them most

forget patriarchalism and show your parents how you love them! show you or affection to them and you'll feel better.

You can show by your actions and not just words. You can help them doing chores around the house, and be there when they need you to help. You can sometimes take them to eat out and shopping for fun if not buying anything. There is nothing to lose if you show a bit of emotional care towards your parents. Hello! Well for ur problem the only solution is care. U take care of them and show ur concern on small things like if they are thirsty immediately go and fetch a glass of water.On every little thing, make them feel important.

i think by studying hard you can prove to them that you love them. of course, tell them everyday that you love them probably by texting them. as for your mom, hug her and kiss her as if you were a 5 year old child.

you can express your affection by taking care of them at all times. you can give them wedding gifts and birthday gifts to show your affection

In my religion Islam we are ordered not to just say single word in loud voice against our parents when they grow older and we must care them till there last day of life we must obey them except they intent us to disobey GOD Almighty even we are not allowed to leave them due to our differences of faith with them .............. I think we can give them care and respect them give them importance to let them stay close to us and follow there guidance so thats how we can show them our affection towards them ..........

well, i think, you just have to show them that you have grown into a better person, just make good out of yourself is simply sending them a message that they had been a good parent to you. making them feel that you did not fail them in what they had wanted out of you. making them feel that the had realize their purpose in life in that is to be bringing you to a good future. in effect it would make them happy and at the same time, you'll have a better life... that simple!
