gokulam77 i agree with him, because the captain is blamed for the poor performance of the team.All powers should be given to the captain and then he can be questioned if the team loses.

gokulam77 I don't think a coach is necessary for the indian cricket team.A coach is the one who improves the performance of the team. But if the team does'nt perform at all, what does the coach can do.

I have it quite often,whenever tensed or upset or worried,if dere is much pressure of work,in all undesirable conditions i have it.I have 2 sleep 4 bout 2to3 hrs for to b refreshed.what about u and how u tackle it.
