my uncle died today. didn't visit him when he was sick. should i feel guilty?

i woke up this morning with neews that my uncle died. it was a shock to me because it was just 3 days ago that the doctor said the cancer cells were gone and he would be ok soon. i felt bad because i didn't get the chance to visit...

mquidem actually i didn't see him at all. we learn that he was sick like 2 weeks ago and a week after that they said he was gonna be ok that was just a few days ago and all of a sudden today i got a news that he was rushed back to hospital and back to ICU and died...
