Dear mates, now a day's m suffering with so many tensions, work tension, loneliness here m alone no one is there with me to share my feelings, because my parents are staying in my native place. and i have no girl friend. family...

mr2981 The best way to control tension is meditation. It will make you relax and feel better.After getting up in the morning wash your face with cold water2-3 times and sit on one place, close your eyes and don't think anything. or Watch some of the good comedy...
