msb_cw yeah, your absolutely right,all vitamins are just supplementary and we need to take this along with a healthy life and a positive mind..thanks for the response.

their are so many causes of stress and i know you know that.example for it are depression, failures, fatigue, problems, all kinds of problems..the question is how are we going to deal with it?sometimes stress can be controlled...
