How important is sleep to you?

As a young person I usually didn't get that much although I could if I wanted. Sometimes I slept for 12-15 hours on a week-end. Other times I could sleep that in one day, others I never got any on a week-end. With a mood disorder...

constaanta I have observed this phenonmens of "oversleep" as well: more hours of sleep not always mean a better recreation, indeed. And many times I woke up after 5 hours of sleep quite refreshed. Seems the average of sleeping hours during the past days need to be taken...
