in my view it is Corruption, which is even hampering all the reforms and drives to address other problems. if we want to solve all other problems then we have to solve corruption first. if not eradicate then bring it down...

msrkrishnan The driving licience # is never displayed on the net as its a personal detail... I would suggest that u report this asap before someone mis-uses it... There have been lot of cases where these r used to create criminal act..

msrkrishnan nope.. they should b atleast 3 or 4 before they should be sentg to school.. otherwise they loose the attachment with the parents...
