I am really missing my bed right now! I get 8 hours of sleep every night and 12 hours on the weekend. I was told that some people can even function with 5 hours of sleep!! How many hours do you need to feel rested?

Sai It really depends on the work I do I tend to sleep more if I am tired I mostly sleep for 6-8 hours

Bhagyashree Suvarna It actually depends on my motivational level though. Normal days I get around 8 hours of sleep and few of the days where I feel extra responsible and motivated I capture 6 hours of sleep approx.

Jennifer To really feel good I need 7 hours of sleep but I have functioned on 3-5 hours before, many times.

maezee Haha I function on 5 quite often. I would prefer more but life gets in the way! I think optimal is around 7 for me

I LOVE 7/11 slurpees!! Especially today bcuz they're free haha. This goes back to my childhood and I have so many wonderful memories getting slurpes on this day. Can anyone relate?

I would seriously go to work in my jammies if i was allowed to. even on boring meeting days!! If you could go to work and wear anything, what would you wear?

Bhagyashree Suvarna So true. I am mean it's the judgment that distinguishes that this is formal and this is an informal dress, while the ultimate goal is to cover the skin. Why can't we wear anything that we are comfortable in?
