Since given birth at 39, 20 months ago my excess rolls of fat remain. I did lose a bit of weight a while back but since I turned 40 my metabolic rate seemed to have drastically declined or is it my imagination or I am eating more....

holly1129 the big 40 for me is not only in november but also seems to corrolate with the 40 added to my waist hips and thighs!!! i recently have been very curious about easier ways to get rid of it all and then some. i am ashamed to admit that i haven't had any children...
