To be happy, a status or an attitude?

I learn from a friend that anybody can be happy. It is not be a status but an attitude. When turning up the curtain and see the sun shining, you say how nice the weather is. If it is cloudy or rainy, you can say my life is ok....

mylifeissocool To say person feel happy or unhappy, i think it is highly depended on what you think, what is happiness like in your mind, with the basic needs fulfilled, it is easy to feel happy with sth like a new dress, an increase on salary, so learn how to appreciate...
