myserenity I think Simon is the most truthful. I don't really care for his abruptness and sometimes rude comments, but he is usually right about most of the contestants.

myserenity I usually watch a movie, or read a book to get my mind off of something upsetting. If I can't do either, I think of something pleasant to replace the thought(s) of sadness or anger. It usually works, but does require a bit of effort. The effort is in refusing...
