Sheryl krauter Yea kids was always outside and playing . Exspeally in park playing handball or basketball it's so sad now they all glued to technology

so my 86 year old nana has Alzheimer disease and its so hard to cope with cause she means the world to me and it seems every day she gets worse. she is also on heart medication cause her heart isnt beating the way its supposed...

Sheryl krauter After having 2 kids I went on healthy diet I dropped 25 pounds it is a lot of work and must stick to eat but everywhere u go is food you shouldn't have that what makes it harder. Takes a lot of courage and strenghth stick to it everything will be good ??
