Hi, Many of the people having the habit of sleeping in afternoon. Many of us feel tired and they doesn't control their sleep in afternoon. I don't know whether it's a good or bad habit. I will not sleep in afternoon always, but...

mzprizz4uonly I can say I can't sleep due to have 2 babies, however If I could.. I am sure I would end up sleeping all day lol
