I love scotch eggs and i always cook it.The problem is that the breadcrumbs coating never sticks to it when frying and it always remains in the cooking oil. What can i do to avoid this.

naburuki23 its simply an egg boiled then the shell peeled off after which sausage(uncooked) is coated around it to cover the egg completely then breadcrambs on top of the sausage coat to avoid breaking and to give it a nice brown afterits cooked. its then cooked by deep...
