eggs we get in the market are unfertilized and so its not non veg and its not a plant product so ots not veg its just an animal product like milk

how to prevent constipation

eat food rich in fibres..that is eat lots of vegetables..and consume lot of water.regular(long term use) use of laxatives(medicines used for constipation)may itself cause constipation..
