HI guys , I haven't been too active lately but as it turns out I am having big problems with my heart. I went in for an angioplasty two days ago and the results were not good. I've had two stents in my heart for about 15 months...

I used to get very very hungry at around one or two in the night and go to the refrigerator to snack. Is this a bad habit and does it put on weight? I have fruits most of the time but sometimes, cakes, pastries, chocolates and ice...

naimakhalid oat name in Hindi is Dalia, it is made from wheat or barley, it is a whole grain with its fiber, fiber is good to control cholesterol level
