naimakhalid start meditation if u know how to do this this will sure decrease your heart problem, if u dont know i will give some good tips u will feel the difference in 2 - 3 weeks

naimakhalid i m also diabetic but it does not raise sugar level but u increase yr urine passing which washes yr kidney it will be much better if u drink water more and more it gives u better relief

naimakhalid I also went once with my friend for fishing. We both enjoyed very much but did not catch any fish. Here in our country we have a lot of fishing spots, but we have less experience in fishing. No one is following correct techniques.
