Maybe I have eaten too much tonight. It's 1:06am right now and I am still too full to fall asleep. It would not be a problem for me to fall asleep if I am hungry. But while I am full like right now, I'll always have a difficult...

nancyyl407 yes it is difficult to fall sleep when i m full, cause my stomach is puffy and my blood works for there so i can not relax, but i always sleep wee hours and i was hungry at that time

nancyyl407 i live in a small city in NZ, i enjoy the sunshine all year, sometimes it rain of course.
