I recently got married. She has since left me and she is pregnant. What rights do I have to the childs last name? There was no violence or aissues like that. She is BI-polar and has decided that she doesn't love me any

sedel1027 Even though the child is yours, she does not have to use your last name. She can use her last name, it is really up to her unless you can talk her out of it. If she puts her last name on the birth certificate the only way to change it is to take her to court...
