Why is Zac Efron/Troy Bolton not in High School Musical Concert?

I just watched the concert in Disney Channel just moments ago and I'm just wondering why Zac Efron not on it!!! Can anyone tell me why?

nataliejanexo basically, in HSM1 they mixed his voice with Drew Seely's and if you compare the HSM soundtracks, HSM2 and 3 sound different to HSM1, meaning they used about 40% of Zacs voice and 60% of Drews in HSM1 so thats why they used him,because Zac couldn't sing...
