How do you beat depression?

What do you do to kill depression? What works for you and what does not? Me? I pray about it, first of all. I absolutely avoid any alcohol or smokes, because those are best taken when you are celebrating something, not to avoid...

nawabalikhan I get my self involved in my work so seriouly that I never get a time to depress.So one must keep busy most of the time to keep away from depression.
