neededhope there was a few recipes in the box.. just contains buttermilk. I haven't tried those yet cause didn't have any buttermilk to use.. Haven't had the time to try it out again thou.. But I've heard to just use cake mix too.. We'll see sometime lol.

neededhope I hate that when friends lose contact. It's one of the worst feelings in the world. But unfortunately it happens. Luckily we have websites that help with staying connect. At least it's a start.

neededhope I completely agree. But unforunately we don't have any of those to use. So.. the best thing would be is walk. It's the #1 most effect fitness that keeps you to it. Right now we aren't exercising as of yet. But we are drinking the water as much as we can get....
