ryepes Yes, debit card could be use to verify your account. However, it should have an outstanding balance when you attempt to use the card for verifications. I use my mastercard debit card for verifications and I think it will work too with visa.

scarlet_woman get you a greendot.com pre-paid debit card.i've used one of those,it works. they sell them in stores too you can get one there. i'm not sure you can pay out anything from paypal til it's verified,i know they didn't let me.

legend4u i think 21 is too early. there is no way that one guy will be equipped by himself to take care of a family with his own earning at that age(unless his father was a very rich man and he is dum).i think the right age will be 25 and more than that(
