Why Am I gaining weight?

I dont eat a lot,dont smoke a lot. whats there in me that makes me gain weight. Do i need to see a doctor?

neetulot you eat not in lot and smoke in lot than you may be lazy(sorry for this) so you must do joging in early morning. if you do this regularly with a dedication than you can see " a magic"
