What are the pros and cons of moving to Japan?

Well I'm thinking of moving to Japan but I'm nervous about the laws and culture. So if anyone has gone to---Or knows about Japan please tell all.

neonman4 So, is it cheaper to live out in the country or in the city, and are there other benefits to either? How hard is it to get a job? Also, I've herd that Japanese people do not like Americans.
