Hi. I cant, for the life of me, make cookies that are crunchy/crispy. They a;ll turn soft and cake-like. Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks! :)

nia1023 I'll give this a shot too. Do you "smash" them like when they are half way cooked?

nia1023 I have tried your suggestion. They turned crispy just on the edge but not all thru the middle part. Thanks for the tip! :)
