i saw some people who are driving even if they are already drunk. although we have a law forbidding drunk driving there are still some who are hard headed enough to break it. the causes are most likely car accidents, hit and run...

niezhihui I like it ,but sometimes I think it is not a good idea because rain is natural thing we should learn to be close to it .if so you will think walking in the rain is a good idea to enjoy life ahd enjoy nature .
