Please help! How to fight depression?

I think I am in a state of depression. I feel down, sad and depressed. Lately, I am always stressed, burnt out and taking much pressure from work and studies. I've been busy attending both my regular work and my advanced studies....

Astarte I dissuade you to use antidepressants and medicines because they create dependence and they are harmful. I reccomend you, instead, of using natural remedies, the Iperic helps a lot and also the Bach's Flowers.

Monjoy Morality is relative to ones religion because we make our own principles from our religion whether we shud follow sumthing or not... Becasue we take such values from our preceeders who have derived it from the religion...they have taught us these things and @...

People commit mortal sin against God by doing wrong things they know its wrong or forbidden. Why do people cant simply stop themselves from doing wrong things against humanity/nature or from doing things displeasing to their God?...
