Time to quit.....But How?

Need to quit smoking after 20 years of doing it. It is a disgusting habit...but how do I do it? Gum, Patch, Cold Turkey....Did you do it? How?

nishlaverz My dad tried to quit and within a couple of months found out he had cancer. It seemed as though it was the quitting that triggered it. Even none smokers that rairly or never come into contact with smoke can get lung cancer. But you are mre likely to develop it...
