Why is it a monthly cost?

If you spend 50-60 dollars upfront to buy a video game, why should you have to pay 30 bucks every two months to play it? I understand the costs of bandwith etc..but there are millions of players out there! I just, I guess I won't...

Do you go to browsing center or internet cafe for browsing net?

Nivbergen In Finland ADSL, 3G (HSDPA) or fiber is standard to for most of the people. The cost is like (translated to US dollar), 10 dollar (3G) to 35-40 dollar for fiber per months. Dial up connection is kind of nostalgic (check out http://www.modembutton.com). =)
