I have seen many people going on the path of fitness. While some prefer yoga, other go for pilates! Some trust the right nutrition while others run their weight off. But what works best. Any suggestions?

Some peole say you can love only once with whole of your heart. Because after that you give away a part of your heart. Is that true. Can love in actual sense happen only once?

Nivedita Ahlawat Beaches in summer can sound not pleasant. But i would give anything to witness a sunset at the beach. It sure is an amazing way to end your day.

Nivedita Ahlawat Library. Thats a great idea and doable as well. I have a.mini library back home. Its the happiest place in my house.
