norteh I'm a psychiatric nurse and i have seen patients get better with the treatment of zoloft. It's one of the medicine which have small side-effects. I have seen great results with it.

norteh Just stopped with drinking coffee. Since then i sleep more (+2 hours) and i'm a little more relaxed. I drink tea instead. Almost can't stand it, but i want to get ride off my "addiction".

norteh To minimalize energy which i use. That's hard with a wife and three kids. But i bicycle to work, in the summer. The heating of the house is at 15 celsius. And i use low energy lighting.

norteh Well, i have got 30 referrals with much advertising, but only 3 of them are active. Still made 2 or 3 dollars throught there efforts, but much referrals isn't the tric, only active referrals.
