ohh!but how this type of fear comes to your mind.i mean is this comes to your dream or you experience threat.i biggest fear is high attitude becoj my icant stand on high attitude.

i can't stand the ideea of thinking of this...i had dreams about someone silently aproaching to me and trying to kill me and i think that was the starting point of this fear..i don't even try sleeping without my lights on especially when i'm home alone..have a nice day!

being buried alive is my biggest fear..or watching my family die in my front. this subject is scarry.

I remember a song by rush with the following lyric: "We have nothing to fear, but fear itself". And that's true. You must consider a worst-case scenario, aslong as it doesn't make you afraid.
