Do you forward chain EMAIL to you friends?

Everytime i got a chain Email, I immediately delete it without forwarding it to my friends. How about you? What do you do?

nowigen I actively use two so that I can always have a back-up account I create more email accounts just in case I already used the two accounts for registering in a website
