Is morning walk a part of your daily schedule? Do you go for the morning walk everyday? Do you think we should go for morning walk every morning? Does this actually help in maintaining a healthy life cycle. Do you walk every day...

nshamblin81 It's not but it should be. My grandmother was active with walks and such everyday of her life. In her early 60's she was still out doing cartwheels with us!
