Is morning walk a part of your daily schedule? Do you go for the morning walk everyday? Do you think we should go for morning walk every morning? Does this actually help in maintaining a healthy life cycle. Do you walk every day or three times a week ? What do you prefer: Tread Mill or an open ground ? Why ? Enjoy your day!!!

Oh it is definitely a part of my daily routine going to work. Since I do not have my own private car and I take public transportation. My house is far from where the public transpo are and I really have to walk by about a quarter of a kilometer to reach them to go to my office. Same goes when I go home I have to walk the same distance to reach home.

yup, walking is an every ay activity for me. Since i moved in an apartment which is a few blocks away from my office, i have been walking every morning going to the office and also walks going home. This is effective for me. I do not get tired easily unlike before. Walking is also much better for me comapred to jogging, the pressure on my knees and feet is lesser in walking compared to jogging. I can feel an improvement in my health ever since i started walking everyday.

I walk in the evenings, I try to walk at least 4 times a week. I walk to help with my medical conditions, I am on prescription medication and it helps me to maintain the ideal weight alone with my diet. I have to help the best way I can with me having no medical insurance at this time.

I'm lucky I live where it's always warm and have the beach next to me . I take a walk on the beach early in the morning , every morning .
I love it . The walk, and the salt air are healthy, and the sounds and sights are calming, and relaxing . It's the perfect start to the day !

Unfortunately I don't always manage to wake up early enough to enjoy a morning walk. However I do agree that a walk a day is fantastic. Weather permitting I love going out for a walk and sometimes I walk for an hour and a half. However, this year I haven't been given the opportunity since it rained a lot and didn't feel like walking in the rain and catch a cold Anyway, now that spring is here and the sun is coming out, I will get back to my habits.

I am not doing any exercise right now. I don't do morning walk also. Maybe when I get pregnant or I will turn 50 I will start doing morning walk. I am not actually health conscious. Maybe because I am healthy and don't have any illness or disease.

Every day, rain or shine, hot or cold, I walk the dog first thing in the morning. I have done this for as long as I can remember. The dogs have changed over the years and it makes me remember their different personalities - the things they loved to do. Happy memories.
Now it is late Spring in the UK and this month has seen the dramatic change in the countryside with nearly all the trees and hedges in leaf. The birds are paired up and nesting and my favourite summer visitors, the swallows, have just arrived and dart ahead of you as you walk.
I cannot imagine a better way to start the day.

i work 3 days out of the week, so i walk to the bus stop and take public transit to and from work. the other days, i am running up and down our stairs at home so i guess i do get a fair amount of exercise. i am also watching what i eat because exercise is only half of loosing weight.

Yes, of course, I do walk in every early morning. Then after that, I come home and drink a lot of pure water. Morning walk makes my mind clear the whole day, it gives me good energy and happiness. Do you know that morning walk is the best medicine for depression? It is true!! believe me. It is better to have a morning walk every morning rather than only thrice a week.

Hi, yes i do walk every morning unless i am feeling plain lazy. But i walk at least 3-4 times a week in the mornings and every evening. I never miss my evening walk. I walk for an hour or more in the evenings and I hate it when i have to miss it for some reason. I think walking is good enough, i also do yoga, just the basic aasanas and deep breathing..all the best

I really like to do morning walk. But as i wrok untill 11 pm, it is hard for me to get up so early to have morning walk. But sometimes when i have a freetime during holiday, i like to try tread mill. It's make produce a lot of sweat. Beside it's make me healthy, i feel fresh after having that.

It's not but it should be. My grandmother was active with walks and such everyday of her life. In her early 60's she was still out doing cartwheels with us!

I do my walking during late afternoon because i am still sleeping in the morning. I work at night online so that is why i always tend to wake up very late. I know it is much better to walk in the morning because it is good to start the day and it is much healthier but for now that's all i can do which is to do it in the late afternoon when i go the market just walking but I would like to try to do my walking in the morning one day when i change my sleep pattern.
Happy mylotting!

Yes, I walk most days. I prefer walking outside and do that as often as I can, depending on the weather. I'm so happy to be starting that time of year when I can do my walking outside most days! I love walking and I definitely feel like it helps me maintain a healthy lifestyle. It's way too easy for me to sit around and do nothing. I find that the lazier I let myself be, the worse my diet is, which is doubly bad. Walking daily helps me feel healthier and keeps me motivated to eat healthy as well. I don't mind using a treadmill, but I definitely prefer the open ground whenever possible. Being outside gives me energy!
