teteimathews You don't need to bid. You just have to do the jobs as soon as it appears. You have to be quick if not it gets over very quickly. You go to the site and study yourself. It's very hard to explain here in detail. Usually, for each job, I take just 1-5 minutes.

teteimathews I got my pin in a week's time, but if you are unlucky it can even take a month or more. However, if you don't receive it 20 days you can request a new one.
