I know that only US and Indian residents can request for cash payment from mturk (Amazon mechanical Turk), so I was just wondering if anyone of you (from India) got a cheque or cheques? I am very curious. I can only convert my earnings into a gift voucher and I did already and bought a new Nokia mobile phone. By next week, I should be able to buy a camera again that will cost me $300. I make min of $200 from this side and I love it.

I haven't cashed out yet on mturk and haven't done that many hits since I've been busy. I do have a question though. If you cash out by receiving an Amazon Gift Card, do they ship it to you by mail or do they send it by email?

The gift card is transferred into my amazon account, then I spend it online to buy stuff from Amazon. Shipment is free only within US (no free shipment to other countries. They don't ship to any other countries also. I have an account in myUS, then they shipped to myUS a/c. myUS company will then mail it through DHL to me. I have to pay this shipment fee to myUS from my pocket, though. But it's still worth.

I meant the gift vouchers to use on Amazon. Not the cheques that they mail you if you aren't living in the U.S. Do they send the gift cards by mail, email, or they just transfer it to your amazon account?

Hi, I requested payment 2 times, but got paid only once. The first check got lost and they promised to send it again, but i have been waiting for 4 months now.. have informed them again and need to check again... As for my second request, it reached me within 15 days. It was citibank check payable locally. Please let me know what time you work mturk and what type of hits you accept. I have been able to make only about $25 a month now..

If you take it seriously and work hard, you can earn as much as call center salary (I don't know how much call centers pay in India, though).

I have not yet requested cash out from mturk..so far I earned $11 and later I not been active there...you have to provide some scanned copy of Govt approved Id proof to verify yourself and address and then you can request cash out..mturk is legit site and you won't get to read any bad review about the site.amazon is big boy.

Monalily, I am sorry, I can't share anyone. I know the best employers and the best jobs (easy and good pay). Each employer has their own time to give out the jobs so I remember their time. Now also I am doing a tag job, which is 0.05cents/HIT and I have already completed more than 200 HITS in 2 hours time. I finish one HIT in less than a minute. You have to also know the right keywords to search on the search box. I earn min of $4/day. This week, I earn $10 every single day. I will tell you only some best keywords for search for jobs: video, survey, tag, classify, compare, dolores labs, label. Hope this helps.

hello Teteimathews :), I have been on MTURK for more than a month of two, Tried to do many jobs but in vain, I did not find a single job which I could do :(. Actually I had see a payment proof from a guy here on mylot, he has got around 200$ to 700$ each month from Mturk, so I was excited as I wanted to purchase my first DSLR camera, and joined MTURK. But my joy was shortlived when I could not find what to do there and became frustrated in the first week itself. I did not sign in to see if I get other jobs after that :D. Well I just wanted to thank you for giving in some tips here :). Your night timing must definately mean our day timing for new jobs there :D, Or is it different country wise for both U.S and india ? Would be very thankful to recieve a few tips from you :)
