Mr.Yang I beared a loan but no credit card.I purchased a house based on loan of bank,since then,every month i must repay loan and interest,and i will pay off it after 15 years,it is really a burden.I was scared of interest on loan,so never apply for credit card.

Who is really rich? Is that someone who earns more money or someone who loves more heart. What's your thought on this? Or I would ask what is the criteria for being rich? Does it really mean only about the money one earns?

meowhisper My own definition of being rich is being abundant in thoughts, love, material things, and spirituality. Having more in life by giving something back to the community.

Sam Charles Of course those who are big at heart. Money is nothing. It has wings. Today's it's with you, tomorrow it would be with someone else. You never know. So its people who are big at heart are considered rich.

msdivkar Welcome to mylot Shivaji. Hope you will enjoy it here. As about buying a second hand car and selling it within 3 months at a loss of 10 k, you must have learnt a lot besides learning driving. First of it never buy second hand car if you are not expert in it....
