ntmingyu thanks for suggestion. I will speak to her 1 month before contract and tell her our problem and also tell her we want her to come back to work after she delivers her baby. During the year, our company will give her insurance until she finds suitable job.

ntmingyu thanks for reminding, I think it's time for me to talk with him deeply. Because it's not his normal way to handle with money. on other hand, I have to look into his action, hope everything will be ok.
